CHS Pressure Washing was founded in 1999 by Charles Hanebrink, a native of Fort Mill, SC. Over the past 24 years, CHS has grown its commercial division to be one of the largest most respected service teams in the area.

With Fort Mill’s explosive growth over the last decade, CHS Pressure Washing decided to create a separate residential division to handle the increasing amount of service requests. These requests were primarily from homeowners who have an HOA cleaning requirement. After speaking with dozens of homeowners and several HOA Boards.
